Creating or refreshing your id cards can sound intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. Today I'm going to give you four tips to refresh your badges in no time.
First, simplicity is key. You'll probably want your employee's photo and name up front and center, but the other features can be smaller or even put on the back of the ID.
Second, try out a new feature like proximity cards or QR codes. These add security, enhanced functionality, and are easy to use.
Third, automate your card printing. You can save a lot of time and energy by uploading your database and applying it to a pre-designed badge template. Your cards will print themselves while you do something else.
And fourth, clean your printer. This isn't a new or exciting tip but this is the difference between ok and great badges.
