Understandably, we were beginning to get frustrated until we walked into the third store. Although each associate was assisting a customer, one looked up and said hello and yet another let us know that she would be with us in just a few minutes. This was more like it! Once our associate finished up with her current customers she came right over and gave us her undivided attention (with the exception of saying “hello” to other customers) for over an hour! My husband ultimately had the final say and a few months later, I was happy to learn that he had chosen to purchase a beautiful ring from the jeweler “with a personality”.
Every single jewelry purchase since has been from the same company and I can honestly say I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else! Each time I visit for a jewelry cleaning or inspection, I’m greeted with the same warm smile and kind greeting. Even a couple of words spoken – or in some cases not spoken – to a potential customer can be the deciding factor in that customer’s decision to spend their money with you.
